Hi, Darlings!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I hope you all are having a great week so far!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I receive lots of messages from brides regarding how I prepped for my wedding (skin, fitness, hair & so much more!). I’ve been meaning to sit down and write this post for SO long and I’m sorry I’m just getting around to it now! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, I am just going to cover my fitness journey because a few of you reached out this week regarding the VBBrides<\/a> new online program. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The truth is, the year before the wedding, I wasn’t 100% happy with my body. My entire life, I was an athlete. I had muscles and felt strong<\/em>. When I stopped playing sports, post-college, I spun 3x per week & frequented flybarre + pilates reformer often. Working out to me wasn’t just physical – but it was mental. It was 30 min to 1 hour of “me time.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When I moved to Boston and started living with Chris, it was tough to eat healthily and exercise. I’d return home from work and we would go to dinner (we’re such foodies!!). If I didn’t work out in the AM, it just wouldn’t happen. Slowly, my muscles softened, I became super puffy & lethargic. I LOVED living with Chris…it was so fun…but almost too much fun. I completely forgot about wellness and living a lifestyle full of BALANCE<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Introducing…the VBbrides Program<\/h6>\n\n\n\n

Before our wedding, I knew I wanted to kick it into high gear. I wanted to feel confident about my body like I used to. When I thought about my big day, I imagined feeling beautiful, strong, glowing & fit. As a member of various sports teams my entire life, I knew, for me, working out with a coach or trainer would be the best method for me to achieve my glowing goalsss! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I started VBbrides 7 or 8 months before our wedding and it was hands down…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE BEST DECISION I MADE FOR THE WEDDING<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

VBbrides not only helped my physical health but my mental health, as well. I looked forward to my weekly training sessions – sessions that eventually became more like two friends working out together. She started as my trainer but evolved into a friend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I loved pushing myself to new levels that I originally thought weren\u2019t possible…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Well, it eventually was possible – I just needed to push myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I felt SO confident on my wedding day and I know that confidence wouldn\u2019t have been there without Victoria. I was proud of how my body completely transformed and I felt absolutely beautiful. Honestly, it was the best investment I made for the wedding and I stand by that, until this day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

When you feel good you look good. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

I felt strong and I achieved the goal I originally made for myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have taken the workouts and nutritional information into my post-VBbrides life and I still feel great! She and the nutritionist both taught me how to live my life with balance. Also – I feel so much better – my energy is WAY up, I don’t have as many stomach issues & I’ve said goodbyeeeee to heartburn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
